  • Dash of Grenadine
  • 1 oz Sloe gin
  • 1 oz Southern Comfort
  • Orange juice

This cocktail is served in a ‘Zombie' glass. Put all the ingredients in the order given above in a zombie glass and decorate with an orange slice, a cherry and a lemon on a pick and two straws.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sloe Sour

  • 1 ¼ oz barmix
  • Ice
  • 1 oz Sloe gin
  • Dash of Amaretto

This cocktail is served in a ‘Sour' glass. Put all the ingredients in a metal shaker and shake for ten seconds. Pour the mixture, without the ice, in a sour glass and decorate with a cherry on a pick.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sloe Fizz

  • Ice
  • 1 ¼ oz barmix
  • ¾ oz Sloe gin
  • ¾ oz Dry gin
  • Sugar
  • Club soda
This cocktail is served in a ‘Collins' glass. Put all the ingredients in a metal shaker, shake for eight seconds and pour the mixture in a collins glass. Fill the glass with club soda. Decorate with an orange slice, a cherry on a pick and a swizzle stick.
