This cocktail is served in a sour glass

- 1 ¼ oz. of cream 10%
- Ice
- ½ oz. grenadine
- 1 ¼ oz. Orange Beefeater

Put all the ingredients in a metal shaker and shake well for about 10 seconds. Pour the mixture, without the ice, in a sour glass. Decorate with a cherry on a pick

 

 

 

 

 

Aromatised Orange Beefeater

This cocktail is served in a cocktail glass

- Ice
- 1 ½ oz. Orange Beefeater
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. orange juice

Put all the ingredients in a metal shaker and shake well for about 10 seconds. Pour the mixture, without the ice, in a cocktail glass. Decorate with a cherry on a pick.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Blue Sky

This cocktail is prepared directly in a hi-ball glass.

   - Ice
   -1 ¼ oz. of Orange Beefeater
   - ¾ oz.  blue Curaçao
   - 3 oz. lemonade

Put the ingredients in order in the glass and decorate with a lemon slice, a cherry on a pick and 2 straws
