Impérial Kir

   Use a champagne flute
   Pour 1/2 oz. of  raspberry liqueur.
   Fill with "Brut" Freixenet.

           French "75"

    Use a collins glass
   -Pour 1 1/4 oz. of  lemon juice
   -Few ice cubes and one tea spoon of     sugar.
   -1 1/4 oz. of "Beefeater" dry gin.
   -Fill with "Extra Dry" Freixenet
   -Garnish with 2 straws and a lemon
    slice + a red cherry on a pick.

    Freixenet Delight

    Use a collins glass
   -Few ice cubes
   -Pour 1/2 oz. of grenadine syrup.
   -Add 3/4 oz. of "Meaghers"
    Grand Curacao.
   -2 oz. of orange juice.
   -Fill with "Brut de Noirs" (rosé)
    Freixenet
   -Garnish with 2 straws and a few     cherries on a swizzle stick.
