Black Russian

       Use an old fashioned glass:
       Few ice cubes
       1 1/4 ounce of Polar Ice vodka
       3/4 ounce of Tia Maria
       Garnish with a cocktail pick.

 

              Tia Velvet

      Use a highball glass:
      Few ice cubes
      1 1/4 ounce of gold rum:
      Lamb' s Palm Breeze
      3/4 ounce of Tia Maria
      Fill with milk
      Garnish with a swizzle stick.

 

            Café Celebration

    Use a goblet glass:
    1/2 ounce of Frangelico
    1/2 ounce irish cream: Carolan's
    1/2 ounce of amaretto: Dell' Amoroso
    Fill with coffee
    Add whipped cream
    Top with 1/2 ounce of Tia Maria
    Serve it on a saucer and with a tea spoon.
