Russian Delight

Moisten a sugar cube with angostura bitters
and put into a chilled champagne flute.
Pour an ounce of Polar Ice vodka
and top with Freixenet "Carta Nevada".
Garnish with a swizzle stick and a lemon twist.

 

 

 

 

 

 

                               Black Velvet

           Fill half a champagne flute with Guinness Stout,
           then gently top with Freixenet "Carta Nevada".


         

 

Special cocktail for lovers (St Valentin's day)

                         Cupid's kiss

In a blender, combine 2 ounces of orange juice,
1 ½ ounces of peach schnapps,
2 ounces of Freixenet "Carta Nevada"
and one tea spoon of sugar.
Blend until smooth
Use a nice glass and fill it with crushed ice
and pour this lovely drink.
Garnish with an orange slice,
two cherries on a pick and a straw.
