Seventh Heaven

Use a brandy snifter:
Few ice cubes
1 ounce of Canadian Club
½ ounce of amaretto Dell' Amorosa
Fill with pineapple juice
Garnish with two straws

 

 

 

 

                Italian Sunrise

Use a highball glass:
Few ice cubes
1 ¼ ounce of amaretto Dell' Amorosa
1 ounce of gold rum Lamb's Palm Breeze
¼ ounce of grenadine syrup
Fill with orange juice
Garnish with a swizzle stick, orange slice and a cherry on cocktail pick.

              Elixir of Love

This cocktail will be shaken:
Few ice cubes
1 ounce of amaretto Dell' Amorosa
1 ounce of white creme de cacao Meaghers
½ ounce of white rum Lamb's
2 ounces of 10% cream
Pour into a goblet glass
Garnish with chocolate shaving and a straw.
