COPA HAVANA

Shaken cocktail served in a Zombie glass.

- Ice
- 1½ oz of Havana Club Anejo Blanco
- ½ oz of Triple sec
- ½ oz of Crème de Banane
- ¼ oz of Apricot Brandy
- 1 oz of lemon jus
- 1 oz of pineapple jus
- 1 oz of grapefruit jus
- 1 oz of orange jus

Put all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well for about 8-10 seconds. Then pour the mixture in the glass and decorate with an orange, a cherry and a lemon on a pick and add 2 straws.

 

 

CUBAN SUNRISE

Direct cocktail in a Hi-ball glass

- Ice
- 1¼ oz of Rum Havana Club
- Orange jus
-  ½ oz of Grenadine
- 1-2 oz of Club Soda   

Put the ingredients directly in the glass in the order mentioned above. Decorate with a swizzle stick, an orange and a cherry on a pick.

Direct cocktail in an Old Fashion glass

- Ice
- ¾ oz of Havana Club Anejo Reserva
- ¾ oz of Havana Club Dry 7 anos
- ½ oz of Havana Club Anejo Blanco
- Soda lime-lemon

Put the ingredients in the order mentioned above. Decorate with a swizzle stick and a lime.
