Mint-Coco

•  Ice
•  1 oz brown crème de cacao
•  1 oz crème de menthe meaghers
•  Fill with milk

Pour all ingredients in Hi Ball glass in order and decorate with a swizzle stick.

•  Ice
•  1 tsp of sugar|
•  6 quarters of lime
•  1 oz white crème de menthe meaghers
•  1 oz white rum
•  Fill with club soda

Put the ice, sugar and lime quarters in a Collins glass and crush them with a mortar. Then add the rest of the ingredients and decorate with a lime and a swizzle stick.


Green Martini

•  Ice
•  2 oz dry gin
•  1/2 oz green crème de menthe meaghers
•  1/4 oz lime cordial

Put ice in the cocktail glass to chill it. Then put all the ingredients in the shaker and stir it for 4 to 5 seconds. Pour into the glass with the help of a strainer.
