Scorpion

This cocktail will be shaken.
Use a mixing glass:
Pour 1oz. of lemon juice.
2 oz. of orange juice.
1/2oz. of orgeat syrup.
Few ice cubes.
Measure: 1/2 oz. of brandy "Stock 84".
1 1/2oz. of gold rum "Lamb's Palm Breeze".
Shake well and serve into a highball glass.
Garnish with an orange slice, a lemon slice and a cherry on a pick.

                 Palm Breeze Punch

Pour directly into a zombie glass:
1 oz. of lemon juice.
1 oz. of orange juice.
1 oz. of pinapple juice.
Few ice cubes.
½ oz. of grenadine syrup.
Measure 1 ½ oz. of gold rum "Lamb's Palm Breeze".
Fill with 7up.
Lace with a dash of apricot brandy "Meaghers".
Garnishes: an orange and a lemon slice,
Plus a cherry on a pick.
2 straws and a swizzle stick.

           Butterscotch Eggnog

This cocktail will be shaken.
Use a mixing glass:
Pour 4 or 6 oz. of milk.
Few ice cubes.
One egg.
1 tea spoon of fruit sugar.
Few drops of vanilla.
Measure:
¾ oz. of gold rum "Lamb's Palm Breeze".
And ½ oz. of butterscotch schnapps "De kuyper".
Shake it well and serve into a mug.
Sprinkle nutmeg.
