Ladies' Night

This cocktail will be shaken.
Into a mixing glass:
2 ounces of orange juice
1 ounce of lemon juice
½ ounce of grenadine syrup and
few ice cubes
1 ¼ ounce of gold rum:
Lamb's Palm Breeze
½ ounce of Tia Maria
Pour into a Viva Grande glass
Garnish with an orange slice, cherry on a pick and a straw.


 

 

 

       After Eight

Use a cordial glass.
Layer these following fine liqueurs
in order:
¾ ounce of green creme de menthe Meagher's
1 ¼ ounce of Tia Maria
¾ ounce of irish cream: Carolan's

 

 

 

 

     

     Smooth breeze
Use a brandy snifter;
Few ice cubes.
1 ounce of gold rum: Lamb's Palm Breeze
½ ounce of Tia Maria
¼ ounce of irish cream: Carolan's
Fill with milk.
Garnish with a swizzle stick.
