Smash Rye

This cocktail is prepared directly in an old fashioned

Ice
1 lime cut in quarters
1 spoon of sugar
1 oz of Canadian Club whisky
1 oz of lime cordial
Club soda

Crush the lime quarters and the sugar in the bottom of the glass. Add the ice, rye and lime cordial. Fill with club soda and decorate with a swizzle stick and a lime.

Rye Mint

This cocktail is stirred then poured in a cocktail glass

Ice
1 oz of Canadian Club whisky
1 oz of white crème de menthe

Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass, stir a while and pour this cocktail without ice in a cocktail glass. Decorate with a lemon slice on a pick.

Lemon Rye

On ice, in a highball glass

• Ice
• 1 oz of Canadian Club whisky
• 1/4 oz of triple sec
• 7up
• ½ oz lime cordial

Put all the ingredients directly into the glass and decorate with a slice of lemon and a swizzle stick.
