BANANA-RHUM

This cocktail is prepared directly in a zombie glass.

  • Ice
  • 1 oz crème de banane
  • 1 oz lamb’s white rum
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Delicately put all the ingredients in the order shown above into the zombie glass. Decorate with an orange slice, a cherry and a lemon slice on a pick and two straws.


MOJOTINOS

This cocktail is served directly in a highball glass.

  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Ice
  • ¼ oz lime juice
  • 1 ¼ oz lamb’s white rum
  • Club Soda

Crush the mint leaves with the sugar in the bottom of the glass. Add the other ingredients in order and fill with club soda. Decorate with a swizzle stick and a lime wedge.

 

TROPICALITAIN

This cocktail is shaken and served in a cocktail glass.

  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • ¼ oz lime juice
  • 1 oz lamb’s white rum
  • ¼ oz triple sec

Put all the ingredients in the shaker and shake for a few seconds. Pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass and decorate with a cherry on a pick and a lime wedge.
