Pour 1 1/4oz of "Raynal" V.S.O.P. brandy
- fill it with hot coffee
- top with whipped cream
-
lace with a 1/2 oz of irish cream "Carolans"
and a dash (1/4 oz) of brown creme
de cacao
"Meaghers"
Sprinkle
with grated chocolate.
