Café "Raynal"

   Use a water glass and sugar frost the rim

   - Pour 1 1/4oz of "Raynal" V.S.O.P. brandy
   - fill it with hot coffee
   - top with whipped cream
   - lace with a 1/2 oz of irish cream "Carolans"
     and a dash (1/4 oz) of brown creme de cacao
     "Meaghers"

            Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

 

 

           Italien Coffee

   Use an irish coffee mug and sugar frost the rim

   - Pour 1 1/4 oz of "Raynal" V.S.O.P. brandy
   - fill it with hot coffee
   - top with whipped cream
   - lace with 3/4 oz of white sambuca
     "Con Piacere"

            Garnish it with a few coffee beans

 

 

        Spanish Coffee

   Use an irish coffee mug and sugar frost the rim

   - Pour 1 1/4 oz of "Raynal" V.S.O.P. brandy
   - fill it with hot coffee
   - top with whipped cream

        Aromatize with 3/4 oz of Tia Maria
