Green Russian

Use an old fashioned glass:
Few ice cubes
3/4 ounce of green creme de menthe Meaghers
1 1/4 ounce of Polar Ice vodka
Garnish with a swizzle stick.

                 Grasshopper

This cocktail will be shaken:
3/4 ounce of 10% or 15% table cream
few ice cubes
3/4 ounce of green creme de menthe Meaghers
3/4 ounce of white cream de cacao Meaghers
Garnish with a sprig of mint and two straws.

                       Stinger Fizz

Use a highball glass:
Few ice cubes
1 ounce of Courvoisier cognac
1 ounce of white cream de menthe meaghers
Fill with club soda as desired
Garnish with a swizzle stick.
