This layered cocktail is served in a sherry glass.
- ¾ oz. Tia maria
- ¾ oz. Frangelico
- drops of milk
Delicately layer all the ingredients in order, and pour a few drops of milk
Nutella

This cocktail is served in an old fashioned glass.
- 1 oz. Frangelico
- 1 oz. Crème de cacao Meagher
- 1 oz. 10 ou 15% Cream
- Ice
Put all the ingredients in a metal shaker, shake for eight seconds and pour the mixture, without the ice, in an old fashioned glass. Decorate with two cherries on a pick, two straws and a bit of cocoa.
