  • ¾ oz Tia Maria
  • ¾ oz Banana cream
  • ½ oz Bailey’s

 

Layer the ingredients in the glass in the order shown above with a spoon. Decorate with 2 coffee grains.

  • Ice
  • 1 ¼ oz Tia Maria
  • 1 ¼ oz Brown Rhum
  • milk

 

Pour all the ingredients in the glass in the order shown above.

 

 

TIA-BERRY

This cocktail is shaken and served in an old-fashion glass.

  • Ice
  • 1oz Tia Maria
  • 1oz Chambord
  • 2oz Milk

 

Put all the ingredients in a shaker and shake for 6-8 seconds. Pour the mix through a strainer in the glass. Decorate with 3 cherries on a swizzle stick and 2 straws.
