Cherry Sour

This cocktail is served in a sour glass

- 1 ¼ oz. of  lemon juice (barmix)
- Ice
- 1 Tea spoon of extra fine sugar
- 1 ¼ oz. of Cherry brandy

Put all the ingredients in a metal shaker, shake for eight seconds and pour the mixture, without the ice, in a sour glass. Decorate with a cherry on a pic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Choco-cherry

This cocktail is prepared directly in a hi-ball glass

- Ice
- 1 oz. of Cherry brandy
- 1oz. of crème de cacao
- Milk

Pour slowly all the ingredients in order  and finish off with the milk. Decorate with a few  cherries and 2 straws.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cherry Blossom

This cocktail is prepared directly in a sherry glass.

- 1oz. of Cherry brandy
- 1 ½ oz. of crème de cacao
- 1oz. of Bailey’s Irish Cream

Layer all the ingredients in order and decorate with  a cherry on a pic directly in the mixture.
