Pour directly in a sugar frosted Irish coffee cup:
1 1/4 ounce of Courvoisier V.S. Cognac Fill with warm coffee Cover with whipped cream Top with 1/2 ounce of Butterscotch Schnapps and 1/4 ounce of Carolan's Irish Cream
Decorate with a folded napkin wrapped around the cup. Serve with a spoon and sugar.

Pour directly in a sugar frosted Irish coffee cup: 1 ounce of Courvoisier Cognac Fill with hot chocolate Cover with whipped cream Top with 1/4 ounce of Meagher's Brown Crème de Cacao and 1/4 ounce of Raspberry Liqueur.
Decorate with a folded napkin wrapped around the cup. Serve with
a spoon and sugar.
