The Love Potion

Layer in order in a sherry glass:
1/4 ounce of grenadine sirup
1/4 ounce of Parfait Amour
1/4 ounce of Cinammon Schapps Hot Damn! De Kuyper
1/4 ounce of Courvoisier V.S. Cognac

Option: light the Cognac with a pipe lighter for a spectacular effect.

Café Passion

Pour directly in a sugar frosted Irish coffee cup:
1 1/4 ounce of Courvoisier V.S. Cognac
Fill with warm coffee
Cover with whipped cream
Top with 1/2 ounce of Butterscotch Schnapps and 1/4 ounce of Carolan's Irish Cream

Decorate with a folded napkin wrapped around the cup. Serve with a spoon and sugar.

Cupidon Mocha

Pour directly in a sugar frosted Irish coffee cup:
1 ounce of Courvoisier Cognac
Fill with hot chocolate
Cover with whipped cream
Top with 1/4 ounce of Meagher's Brown Crème de Cacao and 1/4 ounce of Raspberry Liqueur.

Decorate with a folded napkin wrapped around the cup. Serve with a spoon and sugar.
